You may cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. If you have already received your order and it has some problem or, for some reason, you are not satisfied, you may return it within a period of 14 days, counted upon the date of reception. Nightfall will do its bets to refund a client as soon as possible, safeguarding nevertheless, a maximum period of 15 days counted upon the arrival of the return at our warehouses.
• If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made on the card itself and may be confirmed on the following bank statement.
• If you paid with Paypal, the refund is credited in your Paypal account and will be immediately available.
• If you paid cash on delivery or bank transfer, you will be asked for your bank data (BIN and SWIFT) and the refund will be made by means of bank transfer.
Return of shipping costs
We return the shipping costs of the orders whose return is of Nightfall’s responsibility. For example: in case of a defective product. But, should in an order of several packages only one have some sort of problem, the sipping costs return is not applicable. However the client will not be charged any additional cost for the proper replacement of the damaged package.
